Private-pay means that you are responsible for paying the full session fee at the time of service. You may be able to use your out-of-network insurance benefits to get reimbursed for therapy costs. Many insurance companies that include out-of-network benefits often reimburse 20-90% of fees.

If you would like to use your out-of-network benefits to help pay for therapy you will be provided with a statement called a “superbill” to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

To check your out-of-network coverage you can go to your insurance company website or call the number on the back of your card.

In the near future I will no longer be accepting Aetna and Optum insurance. For new client inquiries, please note that my full rate will apply when this change goes into effect.
