Let’s get to know each other! My name is Meghan and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and the founder of Good Day Counseling.

My vision for Good Day was to create a space that encapsulates therapy for today; A modern, warm, and direct approach that is grounded in a unique and caring partnership. Tailored to people who think outside the box, want something different for themselves, and are ready to find freedom from painful patterns that have stolen their joy.

I believe that the foundation of this process starts with non-judgment. When we are met with tenderness and compassion we can start to see things clearly, empowering us to find a new way forward. This is where we start.

I bring my full humanity to this experience and enjoy utilizing laughter, moments of celebration, and honest reflection with my clients. I practice from an integrative perspective, meaning that I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques customized to meet your specific needs. I have particular expertise in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and narrative therapy. In our work together we will help you to identify and shift self-limiting beliefs, unhelpful behavior patterns, and old stories that no longer reflect who you want to be. As you gain insight and build new skills, anxiety lessens, relationships improve, moments of happiness expand, and life takes on a new richness.

There are good days ahead!
