A modern approach to therapy

Real change for real life.

You deserve a place to be seen without judgment or expectation. This is where we meet.

Hi, I’m Meghan! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and founder of Good Day Counseling. I started Good Day to help people just like you step into their power and create a life that is meaningfully aligned with their goals; finding freedom from relentless worry, sadness, and confusion.

When my clients first start working with me, they often feel tired and run down by life. They have been stuck on a treadmill of trying to please others, do and say the “right things,” and it has taken a toll on their spirit. They often find themselves in a prolonged period of transition, feeling lost and unsure of what to do next. They are creative, smart, and resilient; and they need some support.

Experience the power of personal growth.

Together we will help you clarify where you want to go, identify what is getting in the way, and create a plan for moving forward that will bring relief. Building on a foundation of trust, safety, and open communication, we cultivate a unique opportunity for you to explore new ways of thinking, feeling and being in the world. You will surprise yourself with your capabilities, discover new perspectives on old problems, and step into a future that embodies what matters most to you. As we move through this process my clients tend to especially appreciate that I am direct, relaxed, and ask discerning questions that help to open new avenues of insight.

The positive changes many of my clients have experienced include:

Increased self confidence

More satisfying relationships

Improved mood

Reduced anxiety

Reconnection to sense of self

Clarity about the future

Belief that they can have the life that they want
